Payment Methods
All payments are safely processed by Paypal and Stripe.

Order & Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please check everything. In case something went wrong during the checkout process, please contact us.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking code.

Shipping Within the Netherlands
All orders within the Netherlands will be shipped as mailbox post by PostNL, including tracking code.
Mailbox orders have a max. dimension of 38 × 26,5 × 3,2 cm and max. weight of 350 g.

Shipping Within EU
Orders outside the Netherlands, but within the EU will be shipped as mailbox post by PostNL, including tracking code.
Mailbox orders have a max. dimension of 38 × 26,5 × 3,2 cm and max. weight of 350 g.

Shipping Outside EU
All orders outside EU are sent by standard package shipping, including tracking code.
Standard package have a max. dimension of 100 × 50 × 50 cm and max. weight of 2 kg.

Delivery Time
All orders will most likely be shipped within 3 working days depending on availability and payment. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. International shipments take longer to arrive then EU shipments. Standard Intercontinental shipping time is 7-11 working days. Please be patient, as in some cases it can take up to 3 or even 4 weeks, especially around holidays.

Additional Costs & Taxes
Please note that depending on your region local charges can occur. These charges are at your own expense.

Exchange & Return Policy
In case you changed your mind or you are not satisfied with the product, it is possible to return your product under the following conditions:

•  Return within seven (7) days after receiving the product.
•  The item is returned in its original condition and shipment packaging.
•  Shipping costs of the return/exchange are fully at your expense.
•  The item is your responsibility until received back at Koppel.Studio. Shipping with tracking code is advised.
•  Enclose your receipt with your name, address and order number.
•  The refund concerns the purchased items only, not for initial paid shipping costs.

Refunds (purchase excluding shipping costs) will be paid back within 30 days. In case the item is replaced by another item we try to handle the replacement within 3 working days after the item is received back.

Defects
Although produced, packed and send with great care it can occur that your item is damaged or has some other defect at the moment of receiving. Therefore we ask you to carefully check your item directly once it has arrived. In case of damage please notify us within two (2) days after receiving the item by sending an email via our contact page. Refer to your order number and the nature of the defect in this email. We might ask you to send us a photo of the items damaged. Once we confirm the defect you can return the items and the shipping costs will be refunded up to a maximum value of 6,00 euros for mailbox post and 11,00 euros for packages, only if you can handover a receipt of payment. Shipping with tracking code is advised.
